Biography
Mansurbek Olloyorov was born in 1982 in Khorezm region. He studied at the Tashkent State University of Economics and then at the National Institute of Political Studies (Japan).
Mansurbek Olloyorov also worked as a leading specialist, chief inspector and head of department of the Accounts Chamber, and later chief inspector of the department of expert-legal support of reforms in the economic sector of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
He worked as Deputy Advisor to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on legal support of reforms and coordination of law enforcement activities, and in recent years as Deputy Head of the Legal Expertise and Complex Analysis Department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
During his career Mansurbek Olloyorov has participated in many projects such as reforming the energy sector, transportation and state cadastre, introduction of “gross” contract in financing of public transportation, introduction of “green certificate” system in energy sector, provision of state medical insurance, provision of financial support for drip irrigation systems in agricultural system.
Shakhnoza Shavkatovna Mirziyoeva

Biography
Shakhnoza Mirziyoeva was born in 1986 in Tashkent. Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences. She also holds master’s degrees in Law and World Economy.
She has worked at the Ministry of Preschool Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan since its opening in 2017, where she headed the Main Department for Policy Formation and Strategic Development in Preschool Education. She also served as an advisor to the Minister on equity and inclusion in preschool education.
Shakhnoza Mirziyoeva is the author of many innovative ideas that have been successfully implemented in the system of preschool education in Uzbekistan. One example is the project of a multi-disciplinary specialized preschool educational organization with a rehabilitation center “Imkon” for children with disabilities. Another project launched across the country on her initiative is the mobile kindergartens “Aklvoy”, which helps children in the most remote rural areas to get access to preschool educational services absolutely free of charge and prepare for school. Shakhnoza Mirziyoyeva also chaired the Working Group on the creation of a unified agency for social protection of the population in Uzbekistan.

Biography
Mukhtorhon Tashkhodjaev was born in 1983 in the city of Kokand, Fergana region. He studied at the Tashkent State University of Economics. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics, Associate Professor. Chairman of the National Paralympic Committee of Uzbekistan, Vice-President of the Asian Paralympic Committee.
He began his career as an assistant, researcher, senior lecturer, associate professor, deputy dean and dean of the Faculty of Corporate Governance at Tashkent State University of Economics.
He also showed leadership as Deputy Chairman of the National Paralympic Association of Uzbekistan and continued his work as Chairman of the National Paralympic Association of Uzbekistan.
In 2017, he was awarded the badge “O‘zbekiston belgisi”, and in 2021 he was awarded the honorary title “Honored Sports Coach of the Republic of Uzbekistan” for his services in the development of Paralympic sports.
Abruev Jamshid Ismailovich

Biography
Jamshid Abruev was born in 1979 in the city of Tashkent. He studied at the Agricultural Institute of Samarkand region and then at the Tashkent State Economic University.
He started his labor activity as an accountant of public education of (Temir-Yul district) district of Samarkand city, and continued as an economist in the Financial Department of Temir yol district.
Jamshid Abruev also worked as an economist of the 1st category, leading economist, chief economist, deputy head of the Finance Department of the Samarkand Region Khokimiyat.
Then he worked as Head of the Main Department of Social Sphere and Science Financing of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and afterwards as Head of the Main Department of the State Budget.
In recent years he worked as Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and in January-May 2023 he worked as Deputy Minister of Employment and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
During his career Jamshid Abruev contributed to the introduction of the “Unified Register of Social Protection”, “Health Insurance System”, development of the first draft of the “Law on State Budget”, launch of the “Open Budget Portal”.
In particular, he actively participated in the development and implementation of a number of programs such as “Creation of pre-school educational institutions on the basis of public-private partnership and payment of subsidies in an automated order”, “Construction of dormitories in higher educational institutions on the basis of public-private partnership”, “Transfer of family orphanages to one-line financing”.
Abdullaev Sirojiddin Sadullaevich

Biography
Sirojiddin Abdullaev was born in 1984 in Shakhrisabz district of Kashkadarya region. He studied at the Tashkent Financial Institute.
He started his career in the Committee on Demonopolization, Support of Competition and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where he worked as a leading expert, chief inspector, deputy head of department.
Later he continued his labor activity as Head of Marketing and Housing Finance Department of Qishloq Qurilish Invest Engineering Company.
He also worked as Head of the Department of Pricing Policy and Pricing of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and then as Head of the Department of Revenue Planning and Analysis of Revenues of the Consolidated Budget of the Main Department of the State Budget.
In recent years he worked in responsible positions in the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Uzbekistan and in the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
During his labor activity Sirojiddin Abdullaev took an active part in the process of development and implementation of important legal documents on rendering assistance to low-income families and families in need of better housing conditions through social support, as well as ensuring targeting and transparency of state support.
